    You loved the movie, now see the play by Patrick Marber.
    Larry is a dermatologist, Anna is a photographer, Dan writes obituaries and Alice is a stripper. Four people meet and, over a period of years, fall in love, change partners, and emotionally torture each other beyond the point of no return.

    Not for the emotionally squeamish, Closer mercilessly exposes the darker side of our relationships.

    A very popular spot with the Brighton locals. The food is hard to pass up. Delicious chicken sandwiches of a generous nature, pizzas etc.
    There is a deli interconnecting the restaurant that sells much of the produce on the menu.
    Bring a friend and order a chardy!

    Things we lost in the fire

    A heartfelt, emotional story revolving around a family and the best friend of their deceased father/husband. He helps them cope with their loss and they help him turn his life around.
    The performances by Oscar winners Halle Berry & Benicio Del Toro are well worth watching it for. The kids are gorgeous.

    Four Melbourne designers create elements of their workspace within the Kids in Berlin window accompanied by Matt Solomon's photographic exhibition of the designers in their studios.

    Il Papiro

    Il Papiro is a Tuscan hand decorated paper shop right in the heart of Melbourne. Founded in 1976 in Florence, these hand crafted paper & leather products, prodominately paper marbling design, are distinctly Italian. Now you don't even have to leave your own city to obtain such beautiful items you could once only find in the narrow cobblestoned streets of Florence or Tuscan villages. The shop's interior is exactly as you would find in Italy.

    Captain Corelli's Mandolin

    Louis de Berniere's book is set in 1941. Captain Corelli, a young Italian officer, is posted to the greek island of Cephallonia during World War 2. Here he meets the daughter of the local physician.
    At first the is ostracised by the locals but in time proves to be civilised, humourous, and a consummate musican.

    I Heart Paris

    Ladyhawke is the solo project of Pip Brown, originally from New Zealand, now based in London.

    The name Ladyhawke came from the 1985 fantasy film starring Matthew Broderick. Buy dvd.
