La Mirada has been on for a week at ACMI but if you haven't had a chance to see any of the films showing, tomorrow night (April 10) at 7pm, you'll be in for a treat, a masterpiece, pure and simple.

    Andrew's Burger

If it's a good ol' traditional burger you're after, then look no further than Andrew's in Bridport Street. When you grab one with the lot, you get exactly that (pineapple not included, fine by me!).
The patties are delicious, the ingredients are fresh, the chunky tomatoes are a treat and the egg doesn't run. YUM!

  • Read

One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest

Ken Kesey's novel, One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest is a classic. Set in the 60s, its the story of a mental ward and it's inhabitants, starring a tyrannical nurse and a brawling, life-loving inmate who challenges her, as seen through the eyes of Chief Bromden.

"This powerful book is as bracing and insightful in today's world as it was in the 1960s."
