    A Single Man

Like most art house films this film is quite slow, but what it lacks in pace it makes up for in sheer beauty. Set in 1960s LA, George has lost the one thing he believes is worth living for and is contemplating his life's direction.
A Single Man is ex-Gucci designer Tom Ford's directorial debut.

Starring Julianne Moore, Nicholas Hoult and Colin Firth who was nominated for an Oscar for his performance.
